At EBike Haul, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the e-bike is in its original condition, securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, keys, and chargers included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup for large e-bike frames or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller accessories.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
