How long does shipping take for my e-bike?
Most e-bikes are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location in the continental US.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive instruction manual.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging, have less than 10 miles on the odometer, and be in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
All EBike Haul products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most of our e-bikes offer between 25 to 50 miles per charge depending on the level of pedal assist used and the terrain.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with major flexible payment providers at checkout to allow you to pay for your e-bike in monthly installments.
